The Planner supports QVC Italy ensuring our customers in close collaboration with the Buying team curatedvariedand valuable assortment every day maximizing sales and margins andmaintaininga lean inventory.

Where Youll Work

• This role ishybridand will require you to be onsite in our offices inBrugherio(MB) / onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company.

• This is afull time temporary contract.

What Youll Do

Reporting to the Planning Manager (Fashion)you will:

• Partner with Buying to analyze business and develop short and mid-term strategic plansfor your Brands portfolio

• Build the on-air/off airsales plan to reach productivity maximization

• Monitor and review sales performance

• Maintain category margin requirements and find opportunities to increase it when possible

• Manage and action overall inventory to assigned goal

Daily tasks:

• Strategize items to maximize selling exposures on all the QVC platforms

• Identifyopportunities including pricing promo installmentpaymentsand free shipping

• Quick react to daily/monthly trends

• Identifylines to re-order and propose quantities for key linesbeing responsible fordeveloping strategies forthe entirelife cycle to ensure sales are maximized on each line

• Identifyand action markdown and liquidation inventory ensuring that the correct statuspricingand liquidation strategy is applied following QVCs guidelines

High-level deliverables:

• Manage the OTB-Open to Buy process forecastingwith high accuracy sales and inventorylevel

• Build and explore/understand reports to get insightsin order toupdate Brand/product strategy during the year

• Identifyopportunities within category assortment based on sales trends and gaps in the inventory

What Youll Bring

• 2-5years of experiencein a similar role (mandatory)

• GoodOffice suiteknowledgewithExcelstrongexpertise

• Strong analytical skills

• Fluency in Italian and English isa must

• Experience ofbeing responsible fora product area and stock management(preferred)

• Ability to work in a very collaborative live commercial environment (preferred)

• Ability to take risksconstantly learning and improving

• Goodempathycuriosityandentrepreneurshipmindset
