About the Role

As aCustomer SupportRepresentativeyou will be accountable for ensuring an outstanding partner experience.Youllhelp resellers resolve technical inquiries troubleshoot cloudrelated issues and guide them toward solutions that help their customers thrive. Your ability to understand their goals and solve problems with precision will play a key part in their longterm success.

WhatYoullDo

  • Manage inbound technical service requests via phone email and live chat.

  • Log all issues steps and updates accurately within internal systems.

  • Diagnose root causeswhether software defects misconfigurations content issues or userrelated problems.

  • Support multiple cloud solutions (Adobe Dropbox Google etc.) with a primary focus onMicrosoft 365andMicrosoft Azure.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors especially Microsoft engineers to ensuretimelyresolution.

  • Understand partner businessobjectivesand apply technicalexpertiseto drive successful outcomes.

  • Contribute to improving service desk processes documentation and workflows.

  • Champion exceptional customer experiences in every interaction.

What You Bring

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

  • Knowledge ofMicrosoft 365and/orMicrosoft Azure(an advantage).

  • Experience withZendesk(an advantage).

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug SaaS cloud solutions.

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage expectations in a fastpaced environment.

  • Comfort working through ambiguity and adapting quickly to change.

  • Passion for delivering outstanding service and driving customer success.
