At PwC our people in brand management marketing and sales focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. These individuals focus on driving revenue growth promoting the Firms services enhancing brand visibility and capturing new business opportunities. They utilise market research digital marketing creative campaigns and effective sales strategies to engage clients enhance the firms brand and market presence and achieve organisational targets.
Those in business development at PwC will focus on identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive growth and expand the Firms client base. Your work will involve building relationships conducting market research and developing strategic plans to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.
Enhancing your leadership style you motivate develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

- Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system.
- Take ownership of projects ensuring their successful planning budgeting execution and completion.
- Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality timelines and deliverables.

- Effectively mentor others.
- Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members.
- Address conflicts or issues engaging in difficult conversations with clients team members and other stakeholders escalating where appropriate.
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance) the Firms code of conduct and independence requirements.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong skills in both written and spoken English.
- At least 5 years of proven experience managing bids and proposals for managed services (ERP applications and/or business processes).
- Extensive project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Experience with AI tools such as enterpriseGPTsCopilot to support bid management activities.
- Advanced analytical skills to assess client requirements and align them with service offerings.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
- Knowledge of ERP systems business processes and related managed services.
- Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
