Licensed Clinical Social Worker needed in El Paso TX

Salary and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $60000 per year
- Bonus Structure based on encounters per month
- 3% above baseline $210
- 5% above baseline $350
- 10% above baseline $700
- Working the school year calendar

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday (40 hours)
- Caseload of 5 patients per day minimum
- School based position working a 187-workday calendar
Requirements
- Clear and active LCSW license in the state of Texas
- Bilingual is preferable and limited Spanish is accepted
- Capacity to work as part of a team
