MEDICALLY FOCUSED OPTOMETRIST OPENING IN NASHVILLE TN
What size is the company (revenue or employees) how many locations etc. Over 20 locations and more than 20 providers in multiple states.
Can you tell me a little about the culture of the company – and any differentiators that may help us in attracting high quality candidates when we are searching Every clinic has a different personality and is run through an Office Manager to support but not dictate how our providers practice medicine as long as they are compliant and providing quality care and customer service.
What type of patients will the Optometrist be seeing A mix of Vision/Medical and post ops
How many patients per year Month Week Hour Templated for 25-35 per day
What type of technician/scribe support will the Optometrist have initially and when he/she gets up to speed Typically 2 techs and a scribe depending on volume
What is the call schedule For your patient’s only typically rotated in a practice that has more than one provider.
