Job Summary
Job Title: Occupational Therapist (Full-time/Part time)
Pay: $80 per visit or $90000$110000 annually (based on caseload)
Location: Honolulu HI (Reliable transportation required)
Schedule: Flexible scheduling choose your patients and caseload. Per diem options available.

Were a growing home health organization in Honolulu dedicated to helping seniors live safely independently and confidently. Our work focuses on home health fall prevention and supportive therapy services within private homes and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs).
Were currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) who is passionate about improving quality of life through personalized in-home and community-based therapy.
What Youll Do
Provide occupational therapy services in clients homes and senior living communities
Complete initial evaluations and follow-up assessments including fall-risk screenings
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Represent our organization at community wellness events and outreach programs
What Were Looking For
Active Hawaii Occupational Therapist license
At least 1 year of clinical or home health experience preferred
Strong communication organization and documentation skills
Comfortable engaging in community outreach and presentations
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
