Esplanade at Tradition is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of part-time Maintenance Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Attendant:
- Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical plumbing mechanical and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays sweeping walkways picking up litter and arranging outdoor furniture.
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays sweeping vacuuming dusting and arranging furniture.
- Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.
- Performs other duties as required.
Court Maintenance Duties:
- Maintains tennis courts for daily play and tournaments.
- Monitors the tennis grounds & courts for trash and repair needs.
- Assists with conditioning tennis courts fences & nets performs light maintenance work & operates light machinery.
Minimum Qualifications for the Building Maintenance Staff:
- Associates degree or two years of related experience associated with building and sports court maintenance.
- Experience with Microsoft Office email communications and computer programs including maintenance tracking systems
Other Qualifications:
- Possesses knowledge in operatingelectrical plumbing HVAC and pool equipment.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
