Peraton isseekingahighly qualifiedCybersecurityLeadto fill a Key Personnel position in support of theEnterprise Pacific IT C5 Solution (EPICS)effortforUnited States Army Pacific (USARPAC).

The United States Army Pacificis the Army Service Component Command forthe United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) responsible for Army forces the Indo-Pacific area of responsibility (AOR). The AOR covers 9000 miles form the west coast of the continental United States to India. UASRPAC applies campaign-qualityland powerwith more than 107000 soldiers andcivilians andrepresentsthe nationslargest theater Army Component.This task order (TO) directly supports the efforts of USARPAC its subordinate commands and its strategic and operational partners(e.g.Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) USINDOPACOM United States Forces Japan(USFJ) United States Forces Korea (USFK) Marine Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC) Defense LogisticsAgency(DLA) United States Paces Force (USSF) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) National Guard Agencies(State Department) to contribute to USINDOPACOMsoperationalization of the National Defense Strategy through providing comprehensive IT enterprise services(e.g. complete infrastructure life cycle for all hardware software andservices including planning analysis engineering design development installation interoperability mitigation integrations testing operations and maintenance (O&M) and training of all C5 and IT systems supported) that enable multi-domain C5ISR (Command control communications computerscyber intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance) capabilities across the Indo-Pacific AOR.

The purpose of the EPICs task order is to provide critical C4 and IT system support toEnterprise Services Integration and Modernization(ESIM)for USARPACG6 its subordinate units and its strategic and operationalpartners. C4 capabilities aredistinctand each fulfills a different purpose.

Duties and responsibilities of theCybersecurityLeadinclude but are not limited to:

  • Serve asastrategic asset in managing and advancing cyber defenses across the theater
  • Serve as key enabler in supporting Cybersecurity efforts along with driving the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures in alignment with DoD and Mission Partner polices (e.g.USARPAC PACAF USFJ)
  • Responsible for ensuring the resilience of IT systems and networkscritical to Mission Partners mission whileproactively addressing emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities in the USINDOPACOM AOR
  • Collaborate with senior leaders mission partners and stakeholders to shape cybersecurity strategies policies and solutions that enhance Mission Partners ability tooperatesecurely in a dynamic and contested environment

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • A DoDTS/SCIclearancewith access to SCI based on a SSBIalong with US citizenship
  • Demonstrated Advanced Technical Expertise or certificationsin accordance withDoD 8140.03
  • A minimum of 16 years of applicable experience
  • A minimum of 10 years of experienceintegrating DoD and Mission Partner cybersecurity policies into IT projects
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the RMF process
  • A minimum of five years of experience managing cybersecurity at the program level including planning directing and coordinating cybersecurity requirements for network and systems administration
  • Demonstratedexpertisein verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively articulatecybersecurity requirements andconcernssenior leadership at the major command level and above

Target Salary Range

$146000 - $234000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
