Job Summary

cFocus Software seeks a Software Upgrade/Maintenance Team to join our program supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). This position is remote. This position requires the ability a Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications:

Experience supporting enterprise software maintenance and upgrades.
Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments.
Experience supporting DoD or federal IT systems.
Knowledge of software version control and release management practices.
Understanding of RMF cybersecurity and compliance-driven environments.
Strong coordination documentation and communication skills.
Ability for all team members to obtain and maintain required background investigations.

Duties:

Plan coordinate and execute software upgrades patches and maintenance activities.
Evaluate vendor releases and updates for impact to existing DSAID customizations.
Perform code updates configuration changes and system enhancements.
Support regression integration and performance testing following upgrades.
Ensure upgrades comply with cybersecurity RMF STIG and privacy requirements.
Coordinate deployments across development test staging and production environments.
Maintain version control and release documentation.
Support defect resolution and preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure data integrity and system availability during maintenance windows.
Collaborate with QA cybersecurity database and infrastructure teams.
Support rollback planning and recovery procedures.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to upgrades and maintenance.
Support transition-in sustainment and knowledge transfer activities.
