Job Summary
We are currently seeking an AdTech Lawyer to work with some of the worlds largest companies.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate a wide variety of different AdTech agreements.
- Partner with clients to ensure compliance on data-sharing activities across multiple channels.
- Resolve digital advertising data use concerns and advise on ad campaign data flow.
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.
- Represent the Axiom brand at all engagements with a focus on developing the client relationship.
- Develop a leadership role in Axioms community of over 5800 lawyers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 years of progressive experience working in the AdTech space for innovative F500 companies.
- Experience working independently and cross-functionally.
- Experience taking on complex projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Active bar license in the state where you reside.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong legal knowledge of technology data privacy and marketing.
- Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with different departments and shareholders.
Compensation Benefits & Location:
This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $140000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits 401K and more. Axiomites predominately work remotely with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
