This role focuses on developing France customers identifying highvalue opportunities and delivering complex endtoend logistics solutions that support our customers most critical supply chain needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic business development: Identify qualify and convert new opportunities within Industrial Energy Construction sectors for Project Logistics targeting highpotential French accounts across energy manufacturing infrastructure and capital projects.

  • Complex solution selling: Lead consultative sales engagements translating customer challenges into integrated logistics solutions spanning ocean air warehousing landside transportation project cargo and valueadded services.

  • Account ownership: Manage and grow a defined customer portfolio ensuring longterm partnership development and yearoveryear revenue expansion.

  • Customer relationship management: Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders from operational teams to senior executives ensuring Maersk is positioned as the partner of choice.

  • Pipeline and performance management: Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline deliver accurate forecasts and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Crossfunctional collaboration: Work closely with Solution Design Operations Product and Implementation teams to ensure feasibility competitiveness and flawless execution of proposed solutions.

  • Market and competitor intelligence: Monitor industry trends customer developments and competitor activities to shape commercial strategies and value propositions.

  • Contract negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations ensuring profitable sustainable agreements aligned with Maersks strategic direction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven sales track record in logistics supply chain freight forwarding or project cargo environments.

  • Native/Fluent French speaker with strong English skills

  • Experience with complex multiproduct solutions ideally within Industrial or Project Logistics sectors.

  • Strong technical understanding of logistics operations project cargo handling risk management HSSE and supply chain design.

  • Demonstrated ability to build executivelevel relationships and influence decisionmaking in large organizations.

  • Commercial acumen with the ability to analyze customer needs financial drivers and operational constraints.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of articulating value propositions clearly and persuasively.

  • Experience working in crossfunctional global environments with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodologies (e.g. Salesforce ).
