Manage a team of Inside Sales Account Executives who are responsible for closing sales over the phone. Manage a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual KPI targets. Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly team forecasts. Participate in hiring and interviewing process as well as coach and develop a team of Account Executives. Responsible for market development setting targets and ensuring that revenue is generated.
