Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of reference for compliance in Purchasing processes providing guidance and addressing questions from the department team;
- Perform fiscal description and classification of goods;
- Manage the registration of materials and services in the companys database ensuring compliance with applicable fiscal classification rules;
- Manage the supplier registration within the Purchasing organization ensuring the application of the KYS (Know Your Supplier) process;
- Ensure that national and international Export Control regulations are applied in the Purchasing processes for materials and services;
- Analyze and monitor deviations in Purchasing processes;
- Provide training to all stakeholders and internal customers of the Purchasing department on the relevant processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required in Business Administration International Relations Foreign Trade or Law.
- Solid experience in Compliance applied to Purchasing / Supply Chain processes.
- Proven knowledge of fiscal classification of goods (NCM/HS) and technical description of materials and services.
- Experience with supplier registration and management including the application of KYS (Know Your Supplier) processes.
- Familiarity with SAP.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken written and reading).
- Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview).
