Synergie Australia is seeking Heavy Diesel Fittersfor a leading provider of rental maintenance and rebuild services in the mining sector.
Whats on offer:
- Permanent full time position with opportunities for career progression.
- Pay rate: Starting at $75ph
- Location: WA Goldfields
- 2:1 Roster Days & Nights
- FIFO
- Camp and Motel.
Your Role:
Youll be responsible for the maintenance diagnostic and repairsonvarious Heavy mobile fleet equipment includingLeibherr Komatsu CAT & Hitachi machines.
About the role
- Fleet includes units up to 800T
- Carry out routine maintenance and fault diagnosis
- Provide support to the rental fleet as needed
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety adhering to all HSE procedures and protocols
- Ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance tasks contributing to reliable and cost-effective equipment performance
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to align with broader business objectives and deliver service excellence
Pay Structure
- Up to $100/hr for highly experienced fitters with 10 years
- Tiered pay structure for candidates with less experience all levels encouraged to apply
About You:
- Relevant trade qualification & mining experience
- HR Licence
- Current NPC
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Proven experience on OEM equipment
- Strong diagnostics and fault-finding capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team
- Commitment to safety and site protocols
