Your mission

Under the responsibility of the CFO and in coordination with Finance HQ teams as well as our distributors the Finance Controllers responsibilities are to support day to day operations and assist top management with decision making. As a Business Partner take responsibility at an operational level and participate in steering activity performance.

Main responsibilities / job expectations:

  • Work closely with external accountant for daily activity and month end closing.
  • Manage the end-to-end expense control process including the collection verification and validation of supplier invoices and employee expense claims and coordinate with the external accounting firm to ensure accurate booking in the ERP system.
  • Elaborate rolling forecasts budget estimates and long-term plan for the entrusted scope of activities and in accordance with the companys standards & procedures.
  • Provide management with timely and insightful financial and business analysis monitor KPIs and performance versus budget and forecast and proactively identify risks opportunities and action plans to achieve targets.
  • Monitor sales (Sell in /Sell out/inventory) prices and commercial policy application.
  • Contribute on improving processes tools automation (including but not limited to forecasting/budgeting process management reporting process and any other business needs).
  • Develop financial models and build business cases to evaluate new business opportunities / Support mid-term and long-term strategic topics.
  • Prepare and assist with required information for internal and external audits.
  • Credit Management for all Export area and assist on cash collection.
  • Ensure compliance with management rules and ensure the proper functioning of the financial processes in force within the company.

Experience & Key Technical Competencies Required:

  • Bachelor or Master degree level (in accounting/finance)
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the controlling or audit field and in a cross-cultural environment across various geographic areas would be a plus.
  • Commercial Acumen impeccable ethics proactivity and resourceful
  • Strong statistical reporting and analytical skills
  • Ability to be both concise and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills speak up mindset
  • Naturally willing to go extra mile in delivering quality work standards
  • Proficient with Office suite and Excel especially
  • ERP experience is a must (Dynamix preferred) as well as BI and reporting tools (HFM Tableau Essbase)
  • Fluent written and spoken English & Mandarin
