The Director of Product Strategy Operations & Chief of Staff for AI AEM and Commerce provides strategic leadership in driving digital transformation and operational excellence. This role partners directly with the Vice President of Product and Strategy to align organizational priorities orchestrate cross-functional execution and foster innovation across Adobes product ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines strategic acumen operational rigor and executive presenceacting as both a business strategist and organizational integrator to enable scale clarity and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership Alignment

Serve as a strategic thought partner to the VP shaping the vision priorities and long-term roadmap across AI AEM and Commerce.

Translate business objectives into actionable strategies ensuring alignment with corporate and product goals.

Prepare executive briefings strategy presentations and business reviews for senior leadership.

Partner with senior leaders across functions to ensure decisions are data-informed coordinated and aligned.

Manage strategic initiatives executive communications and leadership rhythms.

Lead and facilitate key forums including product reviews quarterly business reviews and leadership offsites.

Serve as a proxy for the VP in meetings and drive accountability for commitments and follow-ups.

Partner with HR Finance and Operations to manage organizational planning budget cycles and talent strategies.

Product Strategy & Innovation

Lead digital innovation initiatives to enhance product strategy and customer experience across AI AEM and Commerce.

Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies particularly in AI/ML to advance product capabilities.

Champion ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Operational Excellence & Performance Management

Drive operational rigor through KPIs OKRs and data-driven performance management.

Optimize workflows and resource allocation through process improvement and agile methodologies.

Oversee operational and budgetary processes in partnership with Finance.

Organizational Effectiveness & Culture

Foster a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement.

Identify and address organizational friction points to enhance cross-functional collaboration.

Defined Qualifications

12 years of progressive experience in product strategy business operations or strategic program leadership within global technology or platform organizations.

Demonstrated success partnering directly with executive leadership (VP/SVP/C-suite) to drive strategic alignment decision-making and execution.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across product engineering design marketing and GTM functions.

Experience managing leaders and high-performing teams fostering talent development in fast-paced matrixed environments.

Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies digital platforms and commerce ecosystems with strong business and product acumen.

Track record of driving operational excellence through data-driven decision-making OKRs and process improvement.

Exceptional executive presence communication and influenceable to simplify complexity and align diverse stakeholders.

Advanced expertise in strategic planning program management and change leadership.

High integrity and commitment to ethical and responsible innovation.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$334500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California the pay range for this position is $231000 - $334500

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
