They collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into technical specifications for IT teams. Process Engineers play a crucial role in evaluating existing systems identifying areas for improvement and implementing new technologies to enhance operational efficiency. They are involved in system design testing and user training ensuring that technological solutions align with organizational goals.
