As Customer Support Manager at Invesdor you will coordinate our support operations in the Netherlands. Youll work closely with the support teams in Germany and Finland to ensure investors receive quick friendly and professional assistance - and that all processes run smoothly. You play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience and collaborate with our international team to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Happy investors - thats what its all about! How youll make that happen:
- Handle call-back requests and provide telephone support to investors
- Respond quickly clearly and professionally to emails and chat messages
- Monitor and reply to Trustpilot and Google reviews
- Carefully execute back-office tasks such as updating master data processing withdrawals verifying IBANs and IDs and checking Buckaroo payments
- Manage transfers including communication with investors and verification of legal documents
- Oversee payment processes
- Follow up on incomplete investments and work on improving conversion rates
- Coordinate settlement processes including repayments and fund closing calculations
- Send targeted communications on specific topics
- Manage bond transfers and update investor registers
- Drive process optimization and alignment within the international support team

To be successful in this role you will need
- A passion for customers and a drive to help investors and make them happy
- At least 1 year of experience in a support or customer-facing role or an education in sales hospitality or another service-oriented field
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Experience in financial services or a strong interest in investing and/or business financing
- Accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with customer service tools such as Zendesk or HubSpot is a plus
- A proactive and collaborative mindset - youre a real team player
