Advises in less complex initiatives as a developing individual contributor who works under close supervision to complete and submit key deliverables. Helps implement projects programs and processes in support of the organizations overall Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance strategy. Applies theoretical as well as practical knowledge of the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance field to carry out procedures and outcomes that successfully meet the companys stringent Repair and Maintenance standards.
Helps establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance area under direct supervision.
Contributes to less complex components of projects programs or processes for the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance area.
Performs simple trend analysis to support continuous improvement efforts for the organizations Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance strategy.
Contributes to the communication of industry-proven best practices to the Production Equipment Repair and Manufacturing team to assist with responses to equipment breakdowns and downtime issues.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques processes and responsibilities.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
