Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supplier quality expertise in a cutting-edge and fast-paced field. Youll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring supplier quality performance throughout the project lifecycle driving improvements and fostering strong supplier relationships. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as Project Core Teams Procurement and Field Quality) manage supplier non-conformities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Youll specifically take care of ensuring the maturity of supplier parts and processes in alignment with project milestones but also support non-conformity management and corrective action plans.
Well look to you for:
- Participating in the creation and updates of the Supplier Part List (SPL) and ensuring its alignment with project requirements
- Driving supplier quality activities including First Article Inspection (FAI) and gate reviews to meet quality and timeline expectations
- Managing supplier non-conformities ensuring timely resolution and implementing containment actions
- Coordinating corrective and preventive action plans with suppliers and internal teams
- Contributing to continuous improvement by analyzing trends and implementing supplier improvement roadmaps
- Supporting customer reviews project REX (Return of Experience) and compliance with railway safety requirements
- Overseeing inspection activities (e.g. FAI/FAT) and ensuring supplier deliverables align with project needs

- Degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related field
- Experience or understanding of supplier quality management in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g. FMEA 8D SPC)
- Familiarity with project management principles and processes
- A certification in Quality (e.g. Six Sigma ISO 9001) would be advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
