Job Description

Fluent level of English and Italian is required

You are living in Milan



**YOUR MISSION**

As a Customer Service Office Intern you will be providing support to the rest of your teammates on delivering first class customer experience.

You will be part of a proactive and effective team as key contact for customers in their journey with CHEP with the extraordinary opportunity of improving your skills in asset productivity and customer support.

** YOUR GOALS **

  • Take preventive and proactive action toensure that customer satisfaction is maximized.

  • Management of Mailboxes andinbound/outbound calls management with particular focus to SMEs.

  • Support the team inCustomer Experience initiatives.

  • Account Analysis and Control Using specific tools: undertake account analysis toidentify trends in customer activity and possible deviations on asset productivity. Using BW track account stocks and flows such identify issues on declarations of equipment movements.

  • Manageadministrative tasksusing SAP and local tool.
