With 6 on-site food and beverage outlets 24-hour arcade 2 heated pools and over 800 rooms and suites this property has it all! Our might engineering team is looking for a Maintenance Tech III

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Knowledge of electricity carpentry plumbing and other technical skills Ability to troubleshoot problems and plan solutions and Ability to read and understand equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service.

Pay Rate: $24.72 per hour

Shift Pattern: This position must be overnight flexible with the expectation to work 2 overnightshifts11:30PM- 8AM and three-night shifts 3PM-11:30PM

What will I be doing

• Performs highly diversified duties to install and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Performs mechanic skills including mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic etc.
• Performs simple machinist duties.
• Organizes and oversees the day-to-day and emergency maintenance requests to make sure buildings and equipment are in working condition.
• Responds to work orders in a timely fashion.
• Performs corrective and preventative building maintenance including basic plumbing HVAC carpentry and electrical.
• May maintain and repair recreation equipment such as weights pools treadmills and ellipticals.
• Installs repairs and inspects smoke and fire suppressions systems.
• Complies with department State and Federal safety and compliance regulations.
• Maintains accurate records of maintenance dates repair costs and type of maintenance performed.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
