Mechanical Engineer
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. The ideal candidate will provide mechanical solution for Autotec Machines which are developed to solve our costumers problems. This individual must be an analytical thinker and must be disciplined in applying robust design methodologies and engineering principles to develop and realize solutions both for new machines and to improve existing machines.
Responsibilities
- Creates coordinates and monitors all aspects of production fabrication and product design.
- Performs engineering assignments related to design and analysis for packaging equipment and line systems.
- Optimizes new system and upgrades to existing processes and facilities.
- Develops reliability protocols and reports.
- Works with maintenance team to develop and implement preventative maintenance processes.
- Assists in field work checking installations and problem-solving activities.
- Interacts with other departments and suppliers to obtain pertinent information.
Experience
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks.
- Works precisely and pays close attention to details.
- Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and must be able to interface directly with other engineers.
