Location: Lichfield Salary: Up to 34000 Tronc Contract: Full-time 48 hours Start Date: 31st August 2025

Were now looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team and help drive standards as the restaurant continues pushing towards higher recognition and accolades.
The Role
As Assistant Manager youll play a key part in the day-to-day running of the restaurant working closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Youll support and develop younger members of the team lead by example on the floor and ensure a safe clean and professional environment at all times.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting in running the restaurant to an exceptional standard
Supporting and mentoring junior staff members
Ensuring smooth efficient service alongside the management team
Maintaining health safety and hygiene standards
Using your experience to contribute to the restaurants ongoing growth and success

About You
Were looking for someone with:
Proven front-of-house experience in quality restaurants (AA Rosette Michelin or similar standard)
Strong leadership and communication skills
A hands-on approach with the ability to inspire and support others
High standards and attention to detail
A passion for hospitality and progression
