We are hiring a Registered Nurse-RGNRNIDRSCNRM for Homecare Service in Louth Ireland.
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available/Day&Night Shift
As a Registered Nurse you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care providing clinical support and ensuring the health and well-being of our clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities
Deliver safe high-quality person-centred nursing care to clients in their own homes in line with NMBI standards and organisational policies.
Carry out comprehensive nursing assessments develop implement and review individualised care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately maintaining appropriate documentation.
Provide clinical support and guidance to care staff ensuring best practice at all times.
Monitor clients physical emotional and social well-being and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
Liaise effectively with GPs public health nurses multidisciplinary teams clients and families to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate timely and confidential clinical records using appropriate IT systems.
Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations infection prevention and control policies and health and safety guidelines.
Participate in ongoing professional development and mandatory training to maintain clinical competence.
Act as an advocate for clients promoting dignity independence and quality of life
Requirements
Be a Registered Nurse on the live register of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Have at least 6 months relevant post-registration nursing experience.
Exhibit a caring respectful and compassionate approach to care provision for clients and their families.
Full driving licence and access to a car is essential.
