1. Key Responsibilities (Assistant Role)
Sample Management: Main responsibility is ensuring that all architects designers and dealers have the latest physical samples swatches and catalogs. They manage sample inventory and delivery logistics.
Dealer/Site Visits: Conduct routine low-complexity visits (e.g. dealer check-ins delivering paperwork) while accompanying senior staff on high-value calls to learn the process.
Lead Identification: Actively survey assigned territories for new construction sites noting project stages and identifying key decision-makers (site engineers purchase managers).
Data Entry & CRM Support: Accurately log all client interactions new leads and competitor activity into the companys CRM system (e.g. Zoho CRM) under supervision.
Logistics Coordination: Helping coordinate material delivery schedules and following up on pending payment collections from smaller clients.
