Job Summary
- Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and custom objects
- Design develop and maintain automation test scripts for Salesforce applications
- Validate Salesforce configurations such as workflows validation rules flows reports and dashboards
- Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs middleware third-party tools)
- Execute functional regression system and UAT testing
- Identify log and track defects using tools like JIRA or similar
- Collaborate with developers business analysts and product owners to understand requirements
- Ensure test coverage across releases and provide quality sign-off
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines and support test automation execution
- Prepare test plans test cases and test reports
- 5 years of experience in QA testing with at least 3 years in Salesforce testing
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Experience in QA Automation tools such as:
- Selenium (preferred)
- TestNG / JUnit
- Provar / AccelQ (good to have)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model
- Experience testing REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins Git
- Strong analytical and communication skills

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Salesforce testing (Sales/Service Cloud) and test automation with a solid understanding of CRM workflows and integrations.
