Role Descriptions:
Support Troubleshooting Provide day-to-day support to users by resolving technical issues related to Dynamics 365 FO.
Troubleshoot and escalate issues as necessary ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Handle incident and service requests ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
System Configuration Maintenance Assist in configuring and maintaining various modules within Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Project Operations including Finance Supply Chain and Human Resources.
Perform regular system checks updates and optimizations to ensure peak performance.
System Enhancements Process Improvement Assist in the design testing and implementation of new features functionalities or integrations within Dynamics 365 FO.
Collaborate with developers and technical teams to address system customizations or integrations.
Version Upgrades Patches Support system upgrades patches and new releases of Dynamics 365 FO ensuring minimal business disruption and smooth transitions.
Compliance Security Ensure the application of necessary security protocols compliance standards and financial regulations within the system.
Essential Skills:
Proven experience in a support role with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations (minimum 4 years).
Experience with at least one of the following Dynamics 365 FO modules Finance Supply Chain Procurement or HR and Project Operations
Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes within finance and operations.
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Project Operations features functionality and configuration.
Must have very strong X coding skills OOPs concepts and Visual Studio is an advantage.
Understanding of system integration and data migration techniques.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in designing developing and implementing D365 FO customizations using X
Ability to create design and modify reports in Dynamics 365 FO.
Experience with technical design development and testing of core Dynamics 365 FO apps.
Experience working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics FO.
Ability to make technical recommendations for installation modifications and custom development.
Ability to analyze user issues identify root causes and recommend solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Desirable Skills:
Experience working in a customer-facing support role or consulting environment.
Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps Power Automate Power BI) and its integration with Dynamics 365 FO.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps for issue tracking and release management.
Experience with D365 FO Business Process Management (BPM) and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
