Job Summary
Role Descriptions: Responsibilities: Understand and document current business processes and requirements.
Translate requirements into user stories in an agile environment using Jira and Confluence.
Develop comprehensive user test cases execute them and document the results.
Participate in the design development and implementation of a given system.
Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to ensure system meets business needs and expectations.
Oversee the Quality Assurance function to ensure the new system performs as expected and adheres to quality standards.
Use MS Office and to create reports and visual representations of system processes.
Apply supply chain Transportation knowledge Performing other duties as assigned in addition to the ones listed above.

Requirements: 7 years of Business Systems Analysis experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience.
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on QA.
Experience with Jira Confluence MS Office and .
Knowledge of supply chain replenishment processes.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple project deadlines.
Retail background is an asset but not mandatory.
Must be a self-starter and able to ask relevant questions.
Qualifications: Agile methodology certification is an asset.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is an asset.
