We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to support our growing recruitment operations. This role is fully remote; however candidates must be based in the Philippines.
The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment including sourcing candidates conducting interviews skills testing shortlisting and coordinating interviews with both clients and our internal sales team. A strong understanding of Zoho Recruit and the Zoho ecosystem is essential as this platform is central to our recruitment workflow.
Requirements
Source candidates through job boards LinkedIn referrals and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and the Cruise Control sales team
Vet candidates through reference checks and skills testing
Manage candidate pipelines and talent pools
Maintain accurate records within Zoho Recruit
Communicate professionally with Australian clients
Provide regular recruitment updates to internal stakeholders
Support recruitment process improvements and documentation
Must be based in the Philippines (essential)
Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
Strong experience using Zoho Recruit (essential)
Experience sourcing candidates across multiple platforms
Confident conducting interviews and candidate assessments
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with Australian clients and time zones
Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
