Job Summary

Schedule & Pay

Status: Part-Time 20 hrs/week
Monday to Friday only
Shifts Available:
- Morning Shift: 6:50 AM 11:00 AM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM 6:00 PM
Pay: $17/hr

Key Responsibilities

Transport employees safely between the office location and the designated employee parking lot
Operate shuttle vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and company policies
Provide courteous and professional service to employees
Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle when needed
Perform basic daily vehicle checks (fuel cleanliness visual safety inspection)
Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly
Assist with light facility maintenance and upkeep
Perform basic tasks such as replacing light bulbs minor repairs and light cleaning
Help with moving or setting up furniture and equipment as needed
Maintain cleanliness of common areas and shuttle vehicle
Report maintenance needs or safety concerns to management

Qualifications

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely operate a shuttle or similar vehicle
Dependable punctual and safety-oriented
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform light physical tasks
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
