Job Summary

This is a part-time on-site position as a Dental Hygienist located in Wheaton IL. The Dental Hygienist will perform regular cleanings and preventive dental care educate patients about maintaining oral health take/process dental X-rays and assist in assessing oral health conditions. Additional responsibilities may include documenting patient care and collaborating with the dental team to ensure positive patient experience.

Requirements

Proficiency in conducting oral cleanings applying fluoride and taking X-rays
Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and infection control protocols
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to educate and interact professionally with patients of all ages
Licensed or certified to practice dental hygiene in the state of Illinois
Familiarity with dental charting software and modern dental tools
Great attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Required Education:

Must graduate from a Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA)-accredited dental hygiene program in the U.S.
