We are seeking a Full time Nurse Practitioner to service our patients in LTC facilities located in Toledo/ Dayton OH areas. If you are looking to fulfill your career connect with patients on a one-on-one basis and help them heal and live a better quality of life we are the place for you.

As an NP you will participate in weekly bedside wound care rounds. You will establish a plan of care change dressings and perform medically necessary debridement.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Valid NP License in the State of OH

Wound Care Certification (preferred)
Wound Care experience

Working: 5 days a week
