The role
As a People Operations Specialist you will play a key role in running and improving Veos core HR operations. This is a hands-on admin-heavy role requiring solid experience within HR operations high attention to detail and confidence working independently in a fast-growing organi
zation. You will report to the Senior People & Culture Manager and work closely with Finance and People & Culture stakeholders across the business.
This role is not suitable for recent graduates or candidates without prior HR Operations experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and execute pre- on- and offboarding processes with 100% data accuracy
- Manage employee documentation throughout the full employee lifecycle from pre-boarding onboarding to off-boarding (contracts visas addendums salary reviews)
- Maintain and update HR systems employee files policies and procedures
- Support payroll administration salary changes and pension
- Comfortable working with systems and data in Excel
- Contribute actively to the redesign and optimization of HR Operations processes to support scale
- Proactive detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes
What we expect from you:
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in HR / People Operations
- Strong understanding of Danish employment law
- High system proficiency and confidence working across multiple HR tools
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Highly structured detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Able to work independently take ownership and improve existing processes
