What Youll Be Doing

Troubleshooting and completing maintenance requests across multiple communities (EverettTukwila)

Working hands-on with HVAC plumbing electrical appliances carpentry painting and more

Turning units and performing preventative maintenance

Logging work in AppFolio and coordinating with property managers

Participating in a light on-call rotation (one weekend/month limited evenings)

What Were Looking For

4 years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience

Strong technical skills and a take-pride-in-your-work mindset

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)

Tech savvy- must be comfortable with mobile work order systems (AppFolio a plus)

Professional reliable and resident-focused
