As a Senior Product Manager Merchandising Insights you will lead the development of scalable intuitive and high impact analytics and insights products that support assortment strategy across competitive marketanalysis trends identification andGuestsegmentationtogeographic segmentation. You will ownthecompetitiveinsightsproduct vision and roadmap defining and drivingthe analytics to insightsproduct strategy based on business value user adoption andlong-termsustainability. You will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear product requirements while collaborating withinternalconsulting analytics engineeringdata scienceUX andothercross functional teams to deliver an ecosystem of connected merchandising insights solutions. You will proactively seek feedback from leadership consulting teams and merchandising partners as a key input to backlog prioritization and roadmap decisions. You willleverageproductsto strengthen existing assortment insights routines while enabling new capabilities through prototypes and MVPs that test andvalidateemerging ideas and technologies. You will integrate internal andthird-partydata sources along with machine learning and GenAI capabilities to enhance product functionality and scalability. You will bring an unrelenting focus on intuitiveself-serve and highly adoptedanalytics toinsights tools that are easy to usemaintain and evolve across merchandising teams. As aSenior Product Manageryou will work in the product model and will partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy related roadmap and set key businessobjectives(OKRs) for your respective product.You will need toleverageyourknowledge ofsolutions toproductexpertise as well as customerfeedbackandestablishother relevant data points to assess value develop business cases and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product.You will leadsolutionstoproductsin unison withcross-functional team inclusive ofdata analysts other product managersengineers UX designers datascientistsand business partners tooperationalizeinsights as aproduct.
You will be the voice of the product to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that thecross-functionalteams aregetting the direction and support that it needs to be successful. You will develop and actively understand the marketmaintaina product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes epics and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.

About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
6years of product management analytics insights solutions experience
Deep retail or CPG merchandising industry experience
Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories iterative development scrum teams sprints personas)
Experience with market share trends or signals shopper behavioral data and clustering analysis
Proven track record building products data and analytics solutions and prototypes that enable low-touch high impact insights
Establish and grow relationships with key decision-makers within the cross-functional team both in Target in India and Minneapolis to drive strategic business initiatives
Experience with Domo PowerBI Looker Tableau & other Visualization tools (including homegrown platforms) and proven Data analytics dashboard across multiple sources/metrics experience
Conceptual understanding of analytical techniques like Linear Regression Logistic Regression Time-series models Classification Techniques etc.
Ability to lead bodies of work and influence without authority with cross-functional partners
Strategic and visionary thinker with effective diplomatic and proactive leadership skills
Strong communication skills
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
