QUALIFICATIONS

Valid CHHA or CNA license
Adequate health status to perform described duties.
Ability to safely handle body fluids and hazardous waste products.
Must have the ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Utilizes safety measures in the provision of care.
Maintains effective communication with supervisor regarding clients condition.
Follows written assignments to deliver client services developed by the clients family.
Observe the client for changes in condition and behavior and report to the supervisor.
Maintains confidentiality of all clients.
Adheres to all Agency policies.
Recognize emergencies and demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures.
Demonstrates knowledge regarding basic infection control procedures.
Adheres to the role of the Home Health Aide in the home setting as defined in state regulation.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
