Description

The Outpatient Clinic Pharmacist provides high-quality pharmaceutical care through the accurate interpretation and dispensing of medication orders close collaboration with providers and allied health staff and direct patient engagement to ensure safe and effective medication therapy. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a collaborative outpatient clinical environment. The pharmacist plays a vital role in medication therapy management quality improvement and patient education while serving as a trusted resource for drug information and providing leadership to technical staff. Qualifications

Graduate of an ACPE-accredited Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) program or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Commitment to excellence accuracy attention to detail and teamwork required. Ability to communicate effectively work collaboratively with others organizes time well practice with an agile mindset solve problems and work independently with minimal supervision required.

Current pharmacist license by the Board of Pharmacy in the state(s) of the jobs practice site or eligible to obtain within 60 days of hire. May not independently fulfill responsibilities reserved only to a pharmacist until license is obtained.
