HEALTHCARERISK CONSULTING-PROCESS RISK AND CONTROLS CONSULTING ASSOCIATE
As aHealthcareRisk Consulting Associate at RSM you willserve as a trusted advisor tohospitals and health systemsand receive hands-on experience with direct access to clients at various management levels. At the start of yourfull timepositionyoullbe assigned a PerformanceAdvisor who will help youestablishyour career goals.
RSMs Health Care Risk Consulting Group performsprocess improvement projectsinternal auditsandrisk assessments intended to provide our clients with meaningful information on operations and methods to mitigate potential risks across Clinical Financial Operational IT and Regulatory risk domains.
Examples of the candidates responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments of processes and analysis of pertinent data to diagnose potential risks
Preparing reports on consulting services performed forclientsdelivering reports whereappropriateand discussing results and recommendations with clients
Traveling to client locations as requested to provide consulting services
Completing client projects efficientlyin accordance withthe project timeline and critical dates
Leveragingproficiencyin Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint to analyze client information and document results and recommendations
Opportunity to attend specific industry conferences trainings & meetings to continue professional development relevant to the role
Basic Requirements
Required - B.S. degree or equivalent from accredited university expected completion of degree by December 2025 or June 2026
Major in Accounting Finance Data & Analytics
Preferred MBA / Masters Health Administration (MHA) / Masters Public Health (MPH)
Minimum 3.4GPA
Travel to assigned client locations may be. Must have access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills including MS Office
Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
Ability to work as an effective member of a team
Mustpossessa high degree of integrity and professionalism
