Summary
Greet persons entering facility determine nature and purpose of visit and check-in direct or escort them to specific destinations.Job Description
Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public patients/residents visitors and/or employees regarding activities conducted at the facility location of departments offices and employees within the organization. May schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars. May have access or schedule staff vacation within the department. May collect sort distribute or prepare mail messages or courier deliveries.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferredAt least one year of applicable experience preferred.
May require Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for certain locations and/or settings upon hire or obtained within 60 days of hire.
