Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards Cleanroom: no hair products jewelry makeup nail polish perfume exposed piercings facial hair etc... allowed Cold Room/Freezers -22degreesF/-6degrees C No contact lens allowed; prescriptive glasses will be provided Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses gowning gloves lab coat ear plugs etc.)

Job Description

Compensation: $33.00 $34.00/hr

Shift Schedule: 12-hour rotating shift (2/2/3 rotation) 7:00 AM 7:00 PM including weekends and holidays

A Day in the Life:

  • Perform manufacturing operations in alignment with cGMP standards

  • Demonstrate safe work habits and adhere strictly to safety procedures

  • Participate in Tier 1 meetings and support team readiness

  • Maintain GMP Kanban to support production flow

  • Spend the majority of time (8090%) on the manufacturing floor

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and tech transfer activities

  • Identify and implement process efficiency improvements


Keys to Success:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required


Experience:

  • Proven knowledge of cGMP

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-priority environment


Knowledge Skills Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely

  • Ability to maintain sterile credentials and work in a cleanroom environment

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

  • Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and pharmaceutical equipment


Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

  • Ability to gown aseptically/sterile as required

  • Vision abilities including near far color peripheral vision depth perception and focus adjustment

  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods

  • Ability to lift push pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as walking reaching stooping kneeling and crouching

  • Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift in a 24/7 operation including weekends and holidays

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $23.02$34.25.
