Compensation: $33.00 $34.00/hr
Shift Schedule: 12-hour rotating shift (2/2/3 rotation) 7:00 AM 7:00 PM including weekends and holidays

A Day in the Life:
Perform manufacturing operations in alignment with cGMP standards
Demonstrate safe work habits and adhere strictly to safety procedures
Participate in Tier 1 meetings and support team readiness
Maintain GMP Kanban to support production flow
Spend the majority of time (8090%) on the manufacturing floor
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals
Support continuous improvement initiatives and tech transfer activities
Identify and implement process efficiency improvements
Keys to Success:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
Proven knowledge of cGMP
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-priority environment
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely
Ability to maintain sterile credentials and work in a cleanroom environment
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and pharmaceutical equipment
Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
Ability to gown aseptically/sterile as required
Vision abilities including near far color peripheral vision depth perception and focus adjustment
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
Ability to lift push pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as walking reaching stooping kneeling and crouching
Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift in a 24/7 operation including weekends and holidays

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $23.02$34.25.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
