Overseeing Hamburg Marriott Hotel and Renaissance Hamburg Hotel
A rare multi-property leadership opportunity in one of Germanys most dynamic gateway cities.
Based in Hamburg this role provides executive oversight for two prominent Marriott-branded hotels serving a diverse mix of international business conference and leisure demand.
Together these properties play a significant role in the citys hospitality landscape and require a confident commercially astute leader to guide their next chapter.
We are seeking a Multi-Property General Manager to drive performance elevate guest experience and build strong engaged leadership teams across both hotels.
The Role
As Multi-Property General Manager you will hold full accountability for the performance people and positioning of both hotels. You will:
- Lead overall strategy operations and financial performance across both properties
- Drive strong commercial results across rooms meetings & events and food & beverage
- Champion Marriott brand standards while continuously elevating guest satisfaction
- Build coach and develop high-performing Executive Committees and leadership pipelines
- Act as the senior brand representative in Hamburg with owners partners and key stakeholders
- Ensure robust governance cost control and transparent owner communication
- Balance operational excellence with a strategic portfolio-level mindset
About You
We are looking for an accomplished hotel leader with strong European operational experience and the credibility to lead a multi-property environment.
You will bring:
- Proven experience as aGeneral Manager within an internationally branded full-service hotel
- Demonstrated success managing complex operations and multiple stakeholders
- Strong commercial and financial acumen ideally in city conference or mixed-demand hotels
- A hands-on people-first leadership style with a passion for talent development
- Executive presence and communication skills suited to flagship city hotels
- Fluency in German and English (essential)
