Embedded Software Engineer C++ V2X (all genders)

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Software this role you will design implement and test high-quality embedded C software working closely with product and design teams to translate customer and product requirements into robust platform capabilities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design develop and validate embedded V2X software and supporting development tools.
• Implement high-quality maintainable and reusable code following best practices for embedded systems.
• Collaborate with product management and design teams to translate user needs and product requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
• Contribute to system design discussions ensuring robust efficient and extensible solutions.

Your Profile:

• A technical degree preferably a Masters in systems engineering software architecture computer science information technology or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in embedded software development and Linux based applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in C and C is required; knowledge of IBM Rational Rhapsody is a plus.
• Familiarity with application interfaces for communication protocols particularly GNSS 3G/4G and LWM2M is desirable.
• Proven experience in developing testable code implementing automated unit tests and working with automated test environments.
• A proactive approach strong teamwork skills and effective communication abilities.
• Experience with tools such as Jira Confluence GIT Jenkins and SVN is advantageous as is familiarity with Kibana and Grafana.
• Business-fluent English is essential; German language skills are an asset.
