Purpose: Lead designated team to achieve improved quality and productivity; train mentor and intentionally develop team members; develop implement and achieve appropriate strategically focused team goals.

Understand establish and achieve Reasonable Expectations (REs) for current position and responsibilities (excellent productivity and quality) and participate in consistent team process audits.
Implement effective 5S practices and participate in regular team 5S audits.
Essential qualifications and skills
A business or science degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience).
Strongly prefer team leadership experience.
Critical thinking discipline.
Experience with computer applications (Word Excel Outlook ERP etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read understand and interpret machine part and assembly drawings and designs.
Documentation of a current drug screen must be provided prior to start date.
