Schedule: MondayFriday 40 hours/week
Job Summary
Ascends Little Miracles Program is seeking a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support our community-based preschool program serving children ages 18 months3 years with developmental delays learning differences sensory processing needs and communication disorders.
The RBT will provide ABA-based interventions under the supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support childrens growth and development in a fun structured environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by a BCBA/BCaBA
Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a preschool/community setting
Collect and document accurate data and session notes
Support children with daily routines transitions communication and social skills
Assist with diapering toileting and maintaining a clean and safe environment
Collaborate with teachers therapists and families
Follow all company policies safety procedures and ethical guidelines
Minimum Qualifications
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience working with children ages 05
CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable with hands-on care including diaper changing
Reliable professional and able to work as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention
Bilingual (preferred not required)
Coursework in Early Childhood Education Child Development Psychology or ABA
