What We Offer

Compensation: $120000-$275000 per year in commission based on performance

ALL leads are provided to you no cold calling or door knocking! 2 - 3 pre-set pre-qualified appointments a day!

About the Role

In this position you will:

Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service.

Absolutely NO cold-calling or lead generation required. All leads are warm & pre-confirmed.

We want you to be able to focus on doing what you do best selling!

Learn our primary product lines presentation and negotiation skills

Work closely with leadership andmentors to achieve milestones

Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas

Promote company products and services

Develop present and negotiate sales contracts

Provide best-in-class customer experience

Work a full schedule including evenings and Saturdays

Key Qualifications

Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments

In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience is a plus!

Must be self-motivated and results oriented

Positivity flexibility determination and a persuasive personality

Exceptional customer service

Ability to meet and exceed goals

Works successfully without requiring close supervision

Road warrior; own a reliable vehicle have a valid drivers license and enjoy being on the road!
