Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant-AI / ML Solution Architect
We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML Solution Architect who can design build and scale real-world AI systemsnot just prototype models or create high-level diagrams. This role sits at the intersection of business problems data and production-grade AI engineering.
You will be responsible for taking ambiguous business problems and translating them into end-to-end AI/ML solutions that are reliable scalable secure and measurable in production..
Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
oOwn the end-to-end architecture of AI/ML solutionsfrom data ingestion to model serving and monitoring.
oDesign scalable cloud-native AI architectures using microservices APIs and event-driven patterns.
oMake technology trade-offs across build vs buy model selection infrastructure and tooling.
Hands-On Model Development
oBuild train fine-tune and evaluate ML / Deep Learning / GenAI models using Python
oWork directly with Classical ML (classification regression anomaly detection) Deep learning (CNNs Transformers) and LLMs (prompting RAG fine-tuning agents)
oTranslate PoCs into production-ready models.
Data & Feature Engineering
oDesign data pipelines for structured semi-structured and unstructured data.
oLead feature engineering data validation and data quality strategies.
oWork closely with data engineers to ensure trainingserving parity.
MLOps & Productionization
oBuild and own MLOps pipelines for Model versioning CI/CD Automated retraining Model monitoring & drift detection
oDeploy models using Docker Kubernetes cloud ML platforms or custom inference services.
oEnsure solutions meet performance scalability security and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder & Technical Leadership
oAct as the technical authority for AI/ML initiatives.
oCommunicate clearly with products engineering leadership and clients.
oMentor engineers and data scientists; set best practices and standards.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in software engineering data engineering or ML engineering.
Experience in building designing and deploying AI/ML systems in production.
Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory); experience with Java/Scala is a plus.
Proven experience with end-to-end ML lifecycle (data model deployment monitoring).
Solid understanding of Supervised and unsupervised ML algorithms Model evaluation and bias/variance trade-offs
Hands-on experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow Scikit-learn LLM frameworks (LangChain Langgraph CrewAI LlamaIndex etc.)
Solid experience with RAG architectures vector databases and embeddings.
Strong experience with AWS / Azure / GCP (at least one).
Experience with Kubernetes Docker REST / gRPC APIs Streaming systems (Kafka Pub/Sub)
Familiarity with ML platforms (SageMaker Vertex AI Azure ML).
Experience with MLflow / Weights & Biases Feature stores Model monitoring & drift detection.
Strong understanding of AI observability reliability and cost optimization
Understanding of ethical and responsible AI
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong proficiency in C programming language with experience in developing
Experience building AI platforms or reusable AI frameworks
Experience with enterprise-scale AI systems
Strong opinion on AI safety explainability and responsible AI
Ability to challenge requirements and simplify over-engineered solutions
