Job Summary

The Golden Hills School Division invites applications for a Principal at Greentree Elementary Sc hool in Drumheller AB effective the start of the 202 6 /202 7 school year .

Greentree School is a Kindergarten to Grade 6 school with approximately 325 students. They are a Learning Community engaging their students and staff in the SEEDS for life.

Preference will be given to applicants with the following qualifications:

Masters Degree in Education
Proven success and experience as a school administrator
An understanding of key initiatives in education including site-based leadership
Skilled in inclusive education practices
Positive interpersonal relations with staff parents and community members
Evidence of ability to work effectively within a collaborative decision-making environment and to promote a positive learning culture
Skilled in guiding innovation in educational programs/practices
