We are looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to support our marketing projects. Once the project is scoped you will become end-to-end in charge of content creation up to execution and basic reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer or experienced project coordinator with hands-on mentality in a fast-paced environment.
Project Overview:
Your primary focus will be on the coordination of tasks with our marketing operations teams (this is the team of graphic designers copywriters web masters marketing automation translators) ensuring a smooth and timely delivery of campaign assets.
This is a new role created to accelerate the business from our E-Commerce platforms. Working closely together with the Customer segmentation and Ecommerce merchandising team.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate project plan into Marketing Operations briefing:
Develop clear comprehensive briefings for the Marketing Operations team based on the project requirements and timelines. You will also follow up on their progress to keep the campaign on track.
Organize and lead project kick-off calls to ensure a clear unified understanding of the project objectives scope and process eliminating the need for subsequent clarifications.
Planning & Coordination:
Proactively monitor the progress of deliverables managed by the Marketing Operations team and execute timely follow-ups to maintain the overall campaign schedule.
Project Management:
Monitor project deadlines and promptly alert the project manager to any potential delays or issues.
Utilize project management tools (e.g. Jira) to track progress manage deliverables and ensure adherence to established deadlines
Communication:
Establish a proactive communication flow: Ensure seamless communication and alignment across all stakeholders holding parties accountable and keeping everyone fully informed of the project status risks and next steps.
Stakeholder alignment & updates: Actively align with the Project Lead and provide regular structured updates to all relevant stakeholders.
Act as the main point of contact between the marketing project manager and the marketing operations team responsible for content images and translations.
Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on all final marketing materials to ensure they meet our brand and quality standards prior to publication.
Basic Reporting: Generate essential project performance reports based on existing dashboards
Were looking for someone with this skill set:
> 5 yrs in a marketing or project management role
Strong planner & organizer
Able to effectively manage multiple tasks
Experience with any project management software
Communicates effectively ensuring teams are accountable for timely deliverables
Fluent in English
Detail-oriented accuracy mindset
Assertiveness (they need to hold people accountable)
