PURPOSE OF ROLE

The Recruitment Consultantis responsible fordelivering high-quality candidates for assigned roles and supporting the ongoing success of contractors placed through Ogenus Offshore. This is a delivery-focused role that combines candidate sourcing recruitment execution and contractor relationship management.

The role exists to ensure roles are filled efficiently contractors are supported professionally and clients receive a reliable high-quality recruitment service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Delivery:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across offshore marine oil & gas and renewables
- Source screen and interview candidates via LinkedIn databases referrals and networks
- Prepare formatand submit high-quality CVs aligned to client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and manage feedback loops
- Support offer management and placement process
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records

Contractor Management:
- Act as primary contact for assigned contractors after placement
- Maintain regular check-ins and resolve role-related queries
- Capture contractor feedback and escalate issues where needed
- Collaborate with Delivery Coordinator for onboarding and mobilisation

Client Support (Delivery-Focused):
- Provide timely updates to Recruitment Team Leadand directly to clientson assigned roles
- Ensure clear communication on availability and suitability
- Represent Ogenus professionally inrecruitmentconversations
- Escalate delivery risks early

Team & Process:
- Follow agreedrecruitmentprocesses and weekly targets
- Participate in meetings reviews and training
- Contribute to improving sourcing methods and delivery efficiency
- Collaborate with Senior Recruiters and the Recruitment Team Lead

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

14 years recruitment experience (agency preferred)
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Confident communication in English (Greek a plus)
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Organised reliable and detailoriented
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Takes ownership of roles and contractors
Communicates clearly and proactively
